The Crust you Trust

Better for you Bread

We believe good food brings people together. That’s why we handcraft our bread with just three wholesome ingredients – Water, Flour, and Salt.

Quality over Quantity

Each loaf is lovingly handcrafted, fermented slowly to develop rich flavors and a delightful texture.

Local Sourcing

Fresh milled flour from central milling gives our sourdough the perfect crunch and joy in supporting local businesses.

Organic Ingredients

Whenever possible, we use organic ingredients to give you the fresh flavors you deserve.

About Us

We are just two undergrad students who didn’t get internships one summer & decided to follow a new dream instead… and its bussin.

The faces behind the bread

In 2023, two weeks after meeting each other, we moved up to Skagway Alaska for the summer bringing with us the sourdough starter. For 3 months we baked sourdough and shared it with the people in Skagway and that’s when our love for sharing good food with our friends really started.

In the Spring of 2024, we decided that doing something that we love should be the motive behind what we do. This connection to our sourdough’s history not only brings a distinctive flavor to our loaves but also gives each bit a taste of our love and time in Alaska.

What makes it Alaskan?

Meet KIP!! Our sourdough starter that dates back to the Klondike Goldrush (126 years old!) While living in Alaska, Davis learned the history of sourdough and wanted to give it a try. So he found someone who shared there historical sourdough to start making his own loaves. Can you taste the history?

There are people in the world so hungry, that God cannot appear to them except in the form of bread
